Memorial Funds: Remembering IJ Aguocha

To the family and friends to IJ Aguocha and Family:
We are all deeply saddened with the sudden passing of our beloved sister and friend Ijeoma “IJ” Aguocha which occurred on Thursday, February 17th 2022. It is truly a devastating loss for our community. As IJ was a positive light in our lives, her presence will be deeply missed.
IJ was extremely loving towards every person she met. She was the sweetest person on this earth and she lit up any room she walked into! If IJ was there, you were gonna have a good time. She was calm minded and always thought about others. She was the easiest person to talk to. There was never a dull moment with her. She was the sweetest person you would ever meet. You couldn’t help but to smile when being around her. She was also a good friend. I remember I didn’t have anything to wear at ICCUSA and she let me wear her dress. She was selfless and caring. She had a beautiful heart. She would constantly try to include you in conversations; you would never feel left out around her. She was our blessing, she was our positivity, anytime she was around us there were smiles present and laughter. She was our definition of “blood doesn’t make family”, and she will forever be our safe place. She was such a beautiful soul. So calm and collected. She will give up whatever she has to make others happy. Always making sure that everyone was okay. She was PEACEFUL!
We would like to express full empathy to the Aguocha Family and donate towards their burial expenses in order to help ease their pain. Any amount, big or small, will go a long way. They deserve to feel our love now more than ever. Please, let us come together and help mend this grieving family.
