Memorial Fundraiser for Courtney Peterson

On October 2nd we said goodbye to Courtney Peterson. She was a wonderful mother, partner, daughter and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her daughter Jayma, her partner in life Michael and her Mother Linda.

Courtney was devoted to the care and upbringing of her daughter. She loved fiercely and held steadfast to the relationships she fostered through the years. With her wonderful sense of humor Courtney never met a stranger and could bring a smile to anyone’s face. She looked forward to watching her daughter grow and experience life’s next adventures with her and Mike.

We are all grief stricken by the loss of Courtney and the impact this will have on Mike and Jayma. It is during times such as this that we as a community need to rally behind one of our own offering support in any way we can. While the family is transitioning to this new way of life we would like to spare Mike the financial burden that taking time away from work would surely cause him. We feel that his main concern should be that of him and his daughter’s well being during this difficult time.

We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Courtney’s funeral as well as the daily expenses that will accrue during this time.
