Memorial Fund for Scott V. Edwards

My name is Siri Anderson, and with a heavy heart, I must announce that my uncle Scott V. Edwards has passed away on October 7th, 2018. Scott was someone who always wanted to be involved in your life, whether it was a lengthy phone call or a quick hello. He never failed to show up for important events, and was always a beacon of support and love for anyone who knew him.
He never had any kids, but he treated my sisters and cousins like we were his. Family was always most important to him, and he was always going out of his way to make sure we were having fun. Scott used to live out on the marina, and we would always go out to see him. Some of my fondest memories of him are of swimming in the lake, going out on the boat, or just hanging out with a bowl chips and a good conversation.
He was a man who loved to have a good time and made friends with everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.
He used to be a pilot, and would always tell us stories of all the cool celebrities he used to fly, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Schwarzenegger being some of his favorite passengers. I always used to think he was so cool when he would tell me those stories.
He is survived by his sisters, Yvonne D Peterson and Michelle K Anderson, as well as his nieces, Siri Anderson, Mackenzie Anderson, Meren Anderson, Chandler Tidwell, and Ryan Peterson.
Since the nature of his death was so sudden, we started this GoFund Me campaign to help with the cost of his funeral and memorial services. Many of his friends and loved ones have reached out to us asking if they could make a donation in his memory, which we appreciate very much. We can't express how much it means to us that the love he has shared over the course of his life is being shared back to us in this difficult time.
The money collected will go towards:
- funeral expenses, such as grave stone, flowers, transportation, etc.
-memorial expenses, such as the services
-cost of moving his car and belongings back home
