It is with great sadness we share our beloved and dear colleague and friend Katie Blair passed away on November 1, 2019, surrounded by the love of her family. Katie gave birth to her beautiful daughter Madison on October 23, 2019 welcoming her warmly into the Blair family alongside her husband Drew and their one-year old daughter, Sophie. Katie was loved, spirited and cherished as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, colleague and mentor to so many. 

If you can, please help ease the burden of this incredible loss to Katie’s family by contributing to a memorial fund set up in her honor that will  directly support Drew and their beautiful daughters. 

Katie was a fearless leader, a role model, a mentor and, most importantly, a friend. All of the people Katie touched will honor her memory, remembering her with fondness and laughter, as we come together and celebrate her life. We at PAN Communications will never forget the impact she made on our lives and on our agency’s leadership and culture. Her personality and creativity were contagious; she made you better just by knowing her and watching her work her magic.
 
At its heart, PAN is a family, and Katie was an integral, loved part of this PAN family for many years. Her personal and professional contributions were numerous and incredible. As the leader of the PAN Southeast office, Katie made an unmatched and lasting impact on the many people she mentored over the years. Her kindness, leadership, selflessness and fun attitude provided the foundation for PAN Southeast's strong, positive culture – and her impact will always persist.

We appreciate any and all support you can provide and we express our sincere gratitude. We are sending all of our love and support to Katie’s family – Drew, Sophie and Madison. Katie lives on through each of you.
