Prince Kargou Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Over Labor Day Weekend several Chicago teenagers were visiting a friend when a gunman opened fire, killing 19 year old Prince Kargou, a 2018 graduate of Disney II Magnet High School.
For those of you who did not know Prince, he was a smart, tenacious, and hilarious young man with an incredibly bright future. His zest for life and love for his friends and family was apparent each and every day. Prince was set to pursue a nursing degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing, where his smile and generous spirit would surely have impacted countless people in need.
Prince and the other victims of this senseless act of violence are passionate, outstanding, hardworking, and hopeful young people. We must keep fighting for the youth of this city so that they may be able to exist without fear as they do now.
As you can imagine, Prince's family is now wrestling with not only this tremendous loss but also his final expenses.
If you find it within your heart and your means, please donate what you can. Every bit helps and all proceeds will be given to the Kargou family so that they may give Prince everything he deserves.
