If you knew Patrick "Doc" Sloan, then you know how much he loved his bride, children and grandchildren.
He was a man of deep faith in God. He had a strong love for his country and was a fearless warrior. He was a veteran of two wars, serving as a paratrooper, medic, contractor in the Middle East and Africa, and a police officer for the Sunray Police Department. Patrick worked tirelessly to bring medical support to the needy and worked to save lives all over the world during his service with the military.
His entire life had been dedicated to helping others in any way he could. He befriended those he served with, listened to anyone who needed an ear and helped even if it meant giving what little he had just to make others laugh over whiskey and cigars.
On October 31, 2020, at the age of 51, Patrick suddenly passed away. We are shattered as Patrick leaves behind his beautiful bride, Lynette, and their four children, Michael, Aaron, Benjamin and Kara.
The goal of $100,000 is simply a start for the Sloan family and they adapt to what life will now look like without Patrick. Aside from funeral costs, there are the costs of covering bills and living expenses as Patrick was the primary provider for them.
