Memorial Commission Project

As a lasting gift to the memory of our dear friend Steve, a commissioning project has been started to create a new work for band. Fred J. Allen has graciously accepted the commission. The piece will be a Grade 2 work suitable for both middle school and high school bands.

Donations for the project have been received from the band divisions of TMEA Region 18 in Austin and the TBS and KKY chapters of Stephen F. Austin State University, but we are still in need of the remaining balance. 

Please help honor the memory of our friend with a piece of art and new addition to concert band literature.

Levels of Participation

Any donation is greatly appreciated. However, should you choose to contribute $50 or more, please see below:

$50 - Your name will be included in the score dedication

$100 - Receive an autographed copy of the score and name included in score dedication

$200 - Receive a PDF of band parts, an autographed copy of the score and name included in score dedication.
