Kim Bray Medical/Funeral Costs

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, Phyllis Hayes and her daughter, Kim Bray, were involved in a serious car accident in Meade County that left four people in serious condition (Kim, Phyllis, and two from the other vehicle). Kim was airlifted to University of Lousiville Hospital and placed on life support and has been non-responsive (she received severe stem cell damage) and the family is forced to make the decision to pull her off support. Phyllis suffered 18 broken bones and will require extensive rehabilitation.
The family is asking for your support, the medical expenses are already overwhelming and Kim has no funeral insurance. No amount is too small.

Two Hardinsburg women were injured in a Meade County accident Wednesday (5/17) afternoon.According to Kentucky State Police, the accident happened about Noon EDT at the intersection of Kentucky 313 and 1238 near Garrett when a 2015 Toyota Corolla driven by 70 year-old Phyllis Hayes of Hardinsburg struck a 1996 GMC van driven by 81 year old William Albert of Muldraugh.
Hayes was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital by EMS, while her passenger, 51 year-old Kimberly Bray of Hardinsburg was taken to University of Louisville. A second juvenile passenger, was taken to Norton’s Kosairs Childrens Hospital in Louisville. Albert was also taken to University of Louisville Hospital for his injuries. All of the injuries were considered serious.
No other details have been made available by Kentucky State Police as the accident remains under investigation.
