On September 3, 2018, Guillermo “Memo” Navarette was struck by lightening while out fishing with his son. Due to tragic injuries suffered, Memo passed away on September 8, 2018. Memo is survived by his wife, Maribel and sons Guillermo, who is 13 years old, and Julian, who is 10 years old.
For those who were lucky enough to know Memo, we will always remember his great sense of humor, his kind heart, his fun-loving attitude, and his impeccable work ethic. We will all miss him dearly.
In these early stages of sudden grief, there is no way for Maribel to know what her exact needs will be as she begins life as a single mother of two young boys. As part of their community and family, we wish to establish a way for everyone who loved and knew Memo to help support Maribel and the boys. One concrete way of doing so is to establish financial support.
This page has been established for those interested in assisting Memo’s family during this tragic and unforeseen time. It is a way to help create a future for his wife and children to continue on without the man who loved them with all of his heart.
