Melsaunto Davis Parental Rights Legal Expenses

The Dads’ Resource Center is based in State College, Pennsylvania and provides education, resources and advocacy for single fathers struggling to be in the lives of their children.

 

We have had countless fathers come to us as victims of the court, county and human services systems meant to protect the best interests of children that are needlessly and pervasively cutting fathers out of the lives of their children.

 

Of the many tragic and heartbreaking situations that have come to our attention, the decision by York County Children and Youth to petition for a hearing on February 1, 2022 for the purpose of terminating Melsaunto Davis' parental rights to his 9 year old son is the most disturbing and grave.

 

We have started this campaign to raise money to pay for the legal, and other associated expenses such as psychological and custody assessments, needed to try to stop the termination of Malsaunto's parental rights and help him get custody of his 9 year old son. If the campaign raises more money than he needs for these purposes, Malsaunto has asked that the Dads' Resource Center keeps it as a donation to help other fathers.
