Melissa's Cancer Surgery Fund

Melissa has been fighting cancer for over two decades and until now, has been in remission since. Her cancer is back on her colon and liver. Melissa has chosen to end the chemotherapy treatments because of their affect on her health. Her only option towards fighting this progressive cancer is a surgery from a doctor in LA or Minneapolis. This surgery is experimental and there is no one closer able to perform it.

Melissa currently lives and works in Oregon. She provides a home for her mother, her children, and often times her grandchildren. She has not had her own bedroom in over 10 years and if there is someone in need, Melissa is there to help. She cannot currently afford to get her surgery as insurance does not cover the expenses to travel to a different state. 

We need to raise as much as we can, as quickly as we can, to help get her the transportation and housing needed to stay there for 10 days. Any amount will help tremendously!
