Melanie's get through December fund

My dear friend Melanie had to have emergency surgery the other night to remove a cyst that was strangling her one ovary.  This is a lot for anyone to handle, but it also came the night of the wake for a dear beloved friend who had passed away suddenly that week.

Melanie is a self employed Licensed Massage Therapist, and as with any surgery, rest and no heavy lifting after for a month minumum are the required guidelines for basic healing.  Her practice is very physical, so she can't work for the next month at least. 

Mel is one of the most hard working and supportive individuals I have ever known, and I had to fight with her a bit just to let me post this.  She was trying to figure out how to quickly amass the funds she would need with some non-physical part time work to just get through the month, but we all need a little help some times.  Being self employed, she can't apply for disability and does not have disability insurance, so she's really out to sea financially this month.

Anything you could spare would be greatly appreciated to help her get through the month financially without her work, and help feed her precious fur babies, Mulder and Rocco.

Trying to put this together ASAP.
