#MegsMiracle kicking Cancer's Butt

I have decided to start this page for my sweet friend Meg Norton. 

I am sure many have asked her what can they do or how they can help, so I decided I would ask her myself if she would allow me to make a page to help with any needs that she and her husband Max, daughter Nola, and son Max Bryan will have!  The journey has just begun for Meg and as many of you know, she was diagnosed with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. 

After a bronchoscopy to biopsy the lung tissue and thoracentesis to drain cancerous fluid from her lung,  she was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma.  A non-small cell lung cancer, mainly caused by smoking or second hand smoke. ( she quit 2 years ago, by the way!) It has metastasized to the hip and is in several lymph nodes around the left lung. The positive notes are that her brain MRI was clear and so was her PET CT. This means that there is no cancer other than where it was initially found in the lung and hip. Great news! 

She has completed her 10 rounds of radiation and is now undergoing chemotherapy treatments to kick this cancer's butt! She has been the most positive I have ever seen her and we need to continue that positive attitude because that's one thing she wants.  No worries. No negatives. Only positive vibes and breathing belief!  

Please, if there is anything that you can do to help her, this is how.  We don't know what will come up with the medical bills she will receive and she definitely won't stop working until she has to, but if she has to, she doesn't need to worry. 
Meg is a fighter. 
Meg is strong. 
Meg would never ever ask anyone for help or even show she needs it. 
Meg definitely wouldn't have started her own GO FUND ME page or even dare ask someone.
Meg cares. 
Meg is selfless and would do anything for anyone. 
Meg is the friend you have, make fun memories with, and is always there no matter what. 
Meg is a "Meggastar" and the future better watch out because it has no idea what she will be able to achieve once she is done with this!!!!! 

Please keep Meg and her whole family in your thoughts and prayers and remember that life is short.  Never take one day for granted and always live each day as if it were your last.
