Megan went home to Jesus on 7/15/22
Kreed went home to be with his momma after fighting hard due to a tragic car accident.

Finding the right words the last 24 hours has been rough. Many of you know the story of my nephews adoption. But for those of you that don't know. I'll share a piece of Megan and Lacis story.

My sister laci jo has always wanted to be a mother. She’s always been mama jo, and auntie to every child who came in her presence. When my sister Laci and Juan got married we all knew immediately. It was God.
One Sunday, at Equip life church during worship I felt the overwhelming presence of the holy spirit so I started praying over my family in the rows.
I asked God the to bless my sister with a baby. (I told God next year in my heart bc we worked together and I needed her)
But God.
Later that day!!!!! (Gods timing not ours)
Laci sends me a screenshot after rapid fire calling me of Megan telling her Gods been telling her that Laci should be the mother to her son she was pregnant with.
She said God kept telling her to reach out to laci over and over and she knew Laci would love her boy and give him the life she couldn’t right now.
God.
18 days later Megan allowed our entire family to Bombard the hospital to welcome my nephew into this world.
That day we not only adopted Asher Kross Gomez into our family we adopted Megan,Kreed, & her entire family.
Not the typical adoption.
My sister believed in Megan and wanted to see her succeed in every area of her life. The bond, love, respect they had for each other can only be described as, God.
Megan walked through some struggles in her life but over the last 3 years She became an overcomer.
When I say I am so proud of her. It’s genuine. Megan had a heart of Gold. She loved too much at times but When she decided to focus that love to fight for her life and for her kids. She fought hard. Megan loved her children unconditionally.
Megan showed up and kept showing up regularly to bible study, Grace place, church, and our office. She even lived with my sister for accountability, encouragement, and love.
She surrendered her life to Jesus & was baptized at equip life.

The same place I asked God for a gift for my sister. He answered that prayer beyond anything I could ever imagine.

To Kreed Allan
kokos boy,
Your love is infectious. My lil monkey, I’ll miss those strong little arms wrapped around my neck squeezing until it was hard to breathe.
I love you with my whole heart.
I know God has a great plan for you as I’ve prayed over your life so hard over the last 3 years. I don’t understand….. but I trust. God

When I get to Heaven I know you’ll be the first one running up to greet me with the biggest hug while screaming Koko koko.
I look forward to that hug.

Meg,
I love you. I am proud of you. Thank you for the gift you so bravely gave our family. You will always be honored. I will tell your testimony anytime I get the chance because You are evidence and an example to so many woman of what the power of Jesus and love can overcome.
I love you. I love you. & Thank you

Please pray for Megan parents, brother, and her beautiful daughter. I ask you to pray for peace over them & please donate if it’s on your heart to help. Show this family love.
