Medicinal scooter for grandma

Grandma and mom who is disabled has had her scooter stolen but was returned with majority of the pieces missing and no longer runs, she uses this to get around and make appointments etc. She now has no way to get around or make it to her appointments.  She has made a police report, but she isn’t covered for a new scooter for a year and a half! She relies on this so much, I’m hoping to be able to fund for her to get it fixed or even replaced. She can’t walk longer then 10 minutes with a cane, she’s blind in one eye and had a cochlear implant a couple years ago. She has suffered from strokes as well. Anything helps! She’s a grandma and a mom who enjoys to go visit her grandkids but can no longer just get up and go , she can no longer go for rides and just enjoy the outside because of this. This was the best thing that happened to her since all the downs in life , now she doesn’t have that freedom because of people who thought it was cool to steal an elderly scooter :(
