Accident in Thailand - Medical Bills

Hi friends of Kris,

Our friend, Kris Pak, needs your help. Kris has gotten into a motorbike accident while in Thailand. She has received surgery and is still in a lot of pain, but recovering. Right now her biggest barrier to getting back home are her hospital bills which came out to $6,000. That doesn't include the physical therapy she just got, and the additional $2,000 dollars for each day in the hospital. She cannot leave the hospital until she pays her bill. Every day she's in the hospital the bill keeps getting larger. This doesn't include the return plane ticket she has to buy to Korea and all the costs involved in getting back and gettin well.

As you all know, Kris is a fiercely independent woman and you can imagine how bad she is about asking people to help her with money. Yet, she needs our help, so I took some initiative and decided to get this thing started. Kris told me, "I hate to ask people for money." I responded, "Think of it this way, right now you need the help, when someone in the future needs the help, you can help them."

Kris desperately needs your help. Every little bit helps. If 80 people donate $100 then we met our goal. If 160 people donate $50 then we met our goal. So, please help us reach our goal.
