Medical Students For Masks- NYC/ NJ
Donation protected
We are a group of medical students who are collecting donations for hospitals in NYC and NJ. Many healthcare professionals have been told to hold on to the same mask for weeks or even use makeshift protection, like bandanas. We are asking for donations to purchase this essential personal protective equipment for our healthcare workers.
Things like gloves and masks not only keep healthcare workers safe, but they also keep other patients in hospitals protected. Healthcare workers are risking their lives to take care of our loved ones. The least we can do is try to help where we can.
Our funding will go to supplying hospitals (in New York and New Jersey) with N95 masks and other PPE.
