Reaching The Lost

Hi my name is Julie  Tross, and I was invited by Dr. Conrad R. Zapanta an Head & Neck- ENT Surgeon, of Harrisonburg, VA, to join him and other Physcians in the surrounding area to accompany them on a Medical Mission trip to  Philippines in January 2018. We will be going  there to provide medical and spiritual care to those that are in need. My part since I am not a physician will be to minister to those in search of something deeper. I have been in ministry for over18 years. In the last two years I have become an Elder at our local church in Harrisonburg, VA, Life In The Word Church Of Jesus Christ located on Virginia Ave. I am also an Assistant Teacher at Good Shepherd School & Daycare. It will bring me great joy to be able to  interact  with the local children there as well.  God has given me a heart for people and a deep love for working with children, for I am a mother of three children myself and a Nonna to one beautiful granddaughter. I am so humbled to be able go along side such great men and women of Christ to   furfil His mandate on my life. I know that this is in fact an God ordained call.
I'm believing that the Lord will touch the hearts of those that believe that we are to seek and save those that are still lost in this dying world.  As Dr. Zapanta always reminds me, the medical part is the drawing part to open them up to the spiritual part.  That's the same way Jesus did it 2000 years ago with the  drawing by food.
