Medical issues impacting this months income.

Hello I'm Taunya Gren. This month has been tricky. A hospital visit for heart issues which has resulted in a loss of work for the month. A special needs daughter also having issues and more.

It means that the first of the month bills are in dire straights. We just need a boost to get caught up after all the medical stuff.
