Medical Insurance, Bills

I have congestive heart failure and it's hard right now. I'm in the process now of appealing my disability but in the meantime I need to pay bills. This is embarrassing but I have no recourse. I have to pay my bills. My monthly bills are around 2400 including my medical insurance. I am asking for your help and hoping that you can. Whatever you can. I have done so much for others that I sometimes don't help myself. Please help. Thank you so very much...
