Medical Help Needed!

my family and I are overwhelmed with medical bills. Just one of my medications cost $2539. I want Social Security disability and can't afford that one medication, much less the other nine that I need. I've been hospitalized three times this month and over a dozen times in the last year! We sold our house and everything willing to pay for medical bills, and have nothing left. Please help! I have at least 30 seizures monthly, and have busted out 6 teeth and broken some 20 bones.
