Medical help for Ollie

I need some help. Oliver (Ollie for short) is an Australian Shepherd. He is 9 mo old. We got him this summer as a puppy with the intention of raising him as a support dog for my daughter, Jayden. Jayden has severe social anxieties and a few other issues. Ollie’s purpose is to help with the anxiety.  Ollie was only a few months old when we noticed his hips popping and a decrease in jumping. It has only gotten worse.  He hurts a lot and needs to see the vet. He is only 9mo old I am sure it is hip dysplasia.  I just can’t afford the vet bills right now but I can’t push this off any longer. I am a single mother. I work full time and I go to school full time. If anyone can spare anything to help I would appreciate it.
