Medical help for brain surgery

Hi! Everyone for first time I write to this group. My sister and her husband living in the Gambia West Africa need help for their son. Last year there son and his friends went to find mangoes so one of the son friend throw a stick on top of the mango but the stick fell down on my sister son head and now they need a overseas treatment to they check his brain. Now one side of the boy body is dead due to the injury he had on his head. Hear are the pictures of the boy head. They need help if anybody i can help them i have there contacts numbers if whoever need a proofs to show them. They are really in need of help but they can do because they Don have the money to do.
