Medical Help - Emergency Surgury

I went to the doctor because something wasn't feeling right "down there"  I was told, after an ultrasound, that I have to have one of my testicles removed... as in emergency surgery... less than 24 hours notice... as they are pretty sure it is cancerous. They are estimating at least 4 weeks before I can get back to work. With a car payment, rent, and medical bills I will be completely distraught, and that is after cashing out all of my savings and 401K. Murphy is doing his best to help, and he is an angel, but his salary alone just won't make it for us. If anyone can help, please do.
