Medical fund for Marshmellow

Marshmellow is a 7 month old rescue. I got her at  4 months old. She had been pulled from a creek by some neighbor kids.
She weighed only a pound when I got her, I soon found out that she is blindish in her right eye. Her eye is reactive to light but she just doesn't react to anything on that side, unless you brush her whiskers or fur.  She is a very sweet kitty, she loves giving kisses, she loves cuddles and biting toes. She likes to lay on my lap and nap while I play video games or watch youtube.  At five months old she started having seizures, like this one: Marshmellow seizure 1, and then less than 10 minutes later. Marshmellow seizure 2.  
I have taken her to a vet and I have shown this video and they tell me she'll need  several medical tests starting at $150. I've called around in my area for help with the medical cost or re-homing her with a person who helps special needs cats, but there isn't any help to be had in my area. the people i spoke to let me know that the medicine she would most likely need is very reasonably priced, but the exams are prohibitively expensive. 
I am reaching out on this platform because  her seizures are getting more frequent, I would like to get her some help as quickly as possible.
