Medical find to pay veterinarian bi

I’m single mom of 2 years old girl .im disable because of my poor health and I’m not working . We r living on my pension .our dog name Bart Simpson , he was adopted 7 years ago from shelter. After bad car accident I went throw 2 major back surgeries  and have to learn how to walk from beginning . Bart always been on my site even in nursing home . He help me with rehabilitation . He drove my weal Chear , he walked me slowly on street, he comfort me at night . He is my saver!
Now my turn to help him.he broke his leg.
Veterinarian sad he need a surgery and 3-6 month rehabilitation . Surgery cost 1700   and we don’t have it .
As an immigrant I don’t have much friends here ,my relative here is 82 years old father. I asked my credit cart for increasing my credit but base on my income they dicline it. 
 We have no other way to get the$$,we can get it only from you. 
Please help us
