Tala unfortunately has had no brain activity since she was admitted into the hospital last Sunday and it was best for us to take her off of life support. Tala was able to save 4 people through her donations so she will live on through them and through us. Please pray for our family while we go through the hardest time of our lives and continue to stay in Ohio from Texas to support Tala in court while we fight for her justice. Thank you all SO SO much for your kind words, support and donations. We don't know how we could even afford to be here without the help from everyone. God bless all of you ❤️‍

Hello, my name is Connie and my 21 year old daughter Tala Smith was brutally beaten by her boyfriend of 5 years. This was very unexpected as we had no clue she was in a domestic violence relationship and now she is fighting for her life in ICU. We have moved to Texas and was currently trying to get her to come down to live with us and leave the relationship since very recently they have fallen on bad terms, we had no clue how bad it was. As of now he is charged with attempted murder and if Tala does not pull through she will have been murdered by the man she loved. Please help with prayers, love and donations if possible for Tala to pull through. We were not expecting this tragedy but we are navigating through this journey little by little. We are of course praying for the best possible outcome and would appreciate any help at all during this horrific time in our lives.
