Medical Expenses for Motorcycle Accident

Alex Krier, 21, has suffered a near fatal motorcycle accident on Sunday August 15th. He is currently in Paoli trauma unit suffering from severe injuries. Sunday morning Alex was heading to his favorite coffee spot (he loved his coffee) when he was struck by a car while riding his motorcycle. He was ejected from his motorcycle onto the car breaking the windshield and becoming unconscious. He is now in the hospital with a broken jaw, 4 broken vertebrae, internal bleeding and on a ventilator. There are other injuries that have not been addressed as of now. He is currently waiting for a bed to open in Jefferson Hospital where he will be flown to, where his surgeries will then begin.

Alex is a person who would give you his shirt of his back, help you when needed and always be there for someone. He is a son to Doug and Karen Krier and a brother to Jessica Beswick and Leah Beswick-Randall. He has a young nephew named Cameron. Alex is with no doubt a family oriented person.

Unfortunately with Alex being 21 and self dependent he has no health insurance. This means he has to pay for all of his medical expenses out of pocket. From the surgeries, helicopter/ambulance ride and recovery, he will need all the help he can get.

-The last four or five days have been a blur for me and Alex's dad, to find out that his friends care about him and set up this platform for him is amazing. I can't possibly thank everyone enough for their thoughts, prayers and donations for my son, he's got a long road ahead. It breaks my heart to watch him suffer.
