Medical expenses for Danielle's new lyme treatment

Donation protected
My wife, Danielle was diagnosed with Advanced Stage Lyme Disease in May of 2018 after being misdiagnosed for over 10 years.
Since she was misdiagnosed and went without appropriate treatment for an extended period of time, it has allowed the disease to attack her body and has spread to her brain, heart, organs, causing her joints deterioration, short term memory loss, nerve damage, heart problems and so much more.
For the last year, she's went through extensive treatments including chemotherapy, antibiotics used to treat anthrax, malaria , which caused serious side effects but unfortunately only made the Lyme Disease worse.
We have recently found a new Doctor who has a 95% success rate with treatment outcomes and they are going to be able to finally put her into long awaited remission.
The problem that we have ran into since the beginning of this journey is the CDC does not recognize Lyme Disease as a true disease process which means the Insurance will not cover anything to do with the treatments, procedures or medications needed to fight the disease.
The treatments are very costly and we have to pay everything out of pocket.
Her first four months of treatment cost $9,500 and if she has to be extended to the seven month program of treatments, medications and procedures, we will have to pay an additional $6,000.  We were asked by multiple people to start this gofund  me account so they would have a way to donate.  We would like to thank everyone for their continuous prayers while Danielle continues her journey to remission
