Accessible Van Payments & Unpaid Medical Bills

My name is Beth Blaylock.

Thank you to all who contributed in the past. With your initial contributions, I was able to receive my one-arm wheelchair and power-assisted device and to pay some of my medical bills. But I need additional help.

This is my story. Wednesday, March 16th, 2022. I suffered a stroke that left me without use of my right (dominent) arm and hand. Born with Spina Bifida, I also do not have use of my legs. I was making some progress in recovery, but persistent bedsores have kept me from continuing therapy and delayed my returning to work, resulting in the loss of my health insurance.

Your thoughtful contribution will help me continue to make the payments on my acessible van for a six month period and pay the outstanding medical expenses that cannot be negotiated into payment plans. Without help, my husband and I fear losing our home which has been renovated for my special needs.

We hope and pray that over the next six months the bedsores will heal, therapy can resume, and I can return to work.
