Medical Costs for Luz

I am Maribel, Luz’s daughter. On November 25th, 2017, Luz broke her ankle. She is in a cast and unable to work or put any weight on her foot for 5-6 weeks.

My mother does not have insurance, so all the medical expenses must be covered by us. Without her working for several weeks, it will be hard for us to afford her care.

Some of her clients and friends asked me to set up this GoFundMe page to make it easier for them to contribute to help cover her medical expenses. If her ankle heals in the cast it will cost about $6,000. If it requires surgery it will be much more.
