Reaching out to all my friends, family and colleagues on Facebook. This request does not come easy. My fiancé Israel Tubens a warrior for Christ, a man of great faith has been diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of the Esophagus stage 3. Unfortunately he does not currently have medical insurance and of course has applied for state assistance. In the meanwhile he needs some immediate test to determine if the cancer has spread to other areas of his body. These test are very expensive so we are reaching out to anyone that could potentially reach into their pockets and contribute any amount possible. 

This man is the most loving, positive, Man of God I’ve ever known.
