Medical bills for the Rayl family
On February 17th 2021 the Rayl family heard some horrible news about their youngest daughter.
Kerri and Jeff we’re trying to figure out why their almost 2 year old daughter Audrey was constantly sick with ear infections. They took her to the doctor with multiple rounds of antibiotics.
2 weeks after the first round of antibiotics she started to have the ear infection again but this time was having swelling in her eye and arm weakness. Kerri then took her to Wyandotte hospital and they ran some tests. They have an option of another round of antibiotics and to go home or to go to Mott’s Children Hospital. Kerri chose Motts. There they ran more tests and that is when Kerri and Jeff got the worst news of their lives and the thing parents dread to hear from their doctors. There she was diagnosed with leukemia. What? LEUKEMIA? How did this beautiful, sweet, and funny baby get leukemia. After doing a spinal tap, blood transfusion, and surgery to put in a port they started a long fight. The Are going to fight this cancer with extensive medications and be aggressive. Soon they will be starting chemotherapy.
