Medical bills for Peter Kiss

Donation protected
Now the Story I want to share with you Spans about 1 month time to this point.  Erika was feeling rather ill while on a Trip with Peter to see family in Chicago, and started to yellow. After they got home, Peter took her to a local ER in Florida. After all the scans, ultrasounds and lab results, they came to the conclusion that her Gallbladder was failing, and needed removal. When they went in to remove, they found the worst. It is gallbladder cancer. The cancer however had spread to her Liver. The doctors aborted the surgery to remove the Gallbladder because of the potential of causing spread of Cancer cells further. Next day, They attempted to surgically install stints to make the gallbladder work. The procedure was unsuccessful, and As they were trying to force the stints in there, they perforated the lining of the gallbladder, causing it to leak, then thought putting a staple in it would fix the issue, however, this only made it worse. None of the medical or operation reports shows that this was done. The day after the attempt, Erika was discharged r om the hospital and told her to seek an oncologist and that there is no hospital in florida will be able to place stints because of the cancer. Erika's co-worker, a doctor in that hospital recommended to take her Texas MD Anderson immediately. Peter wants the Very best for her, so he picked her up from the hospital, and drove her straight to Houston Texas, ,The Hospital was quick to get her in, and begin trying to determine what was going on, its stage 4 cancer! They installed a stint into her Gallbladder, to help with drainage and after hours in surgery they successfully removed the staple, as they said was improperly placed , backby the surgeon in Florida. he new stint held for about a week. Her Color was returning to normal, She was starting to feel better, and her Smile seemed even more radient . However, 2days after she was discharged, the gallbladder started leaking again, yellowness returned. Her Biliruben levels have peaked to 22. They are currently trying to get her level back down to 1,.5- 2, so they placed 2 drain lines coming outside her body.

Please keep them in your prayers.. Erika has been a Nurse for Year's, and for the last year, the Director of Nursing at her new job. However, Being overworked during the pandemic, She opted to put in her 2 weeks, and return to her Previous employer. Well the timing of all of this couldn’t be worse as her health insurance is about to cancel,, and Peter, who normally would be driving his Semi truck has been out of work to be with her and support her. They also have to move to Houston temporarily, as they need to constantly check her drainage and blood, as outpatient. All proceeds donations will be sent directly to Peter & Erika to help with medical and lodging expenses, which as I am sure you know, aren't cheap. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. Please also feel free to share this fund raiser with anyone you can. The more People who see, The Easier this Crisis will be on these 2 Wonderful souls
