Medical Bills & Body Repatriation

My father, late MOREP TERO, passed away yesterday (16th Oct 2017) at St Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines, while undergoing liver treatment.
My sister who is in the Philippines urgently needs to raise funds to pay for outstanding medical bills so death certificate can be released and also for nursing home expenses, and repatriate the body back to Papua New Guinea.
The longer she stays the expensive it be becoming and we need to travel back home after settling all the expenses.
Note that I am not an Australian citizen but have registered with gofundme anyway as I do have an Australian bank account which you can deposit into and I can pay the medical bills online.
