Hello everyone, I’m fundraising for Myself and my children I am Elizabeth Middleton I like to go bye Liz . I am 40 years of age and a single mother of 3 daughters . I want to share just a short back story so you can get to know me a little I am currently employed through JCpenney ‘s in Cape Girardeau, Missouri before that I was an assistant manager at McDonald’s and before and also was an active volunteer firefighter & First Responder at NBCFD And passed my first responder and Hazmat training courses . At the same time I went through fire 1&11 through CGFD and moved and joinen PFD and was secretary of PFD all volunteer . But this past year has been one of the hardest times for all of us On Dec 7th will mark 2 years since we lost my children’s father. And that’s just a little back story for y’all . So I recently got into a terrible accident on 8-16-2024 I slammed into a pole going 30 mph on my electric bike and I broke my collarbone in two places. I broke my shoulder. I broke my shoulder plate and I broke 3 ribs numb 3 , 4 and five that I broke, when I broke my ribs, it also punctured my left upper lung which led to my lung collapsing. It was at a 3 centimeter now it’s at a 1.2 on my last X-ray . I still have a very long road to recovery. I have bills that are already piling up due to being out of work for 3 months due to surgery. And I need a little help. I will use all this fundraiser to help me pay my bills and provide for my children & to help me put food on the table and provide for my family and my medical bills for traveling back-and-forth to the doctors which 97 miles from me I have to go weekly now & for prescriptions to help. I have been working since I was 14 and right now I can’t work & that alone is depressing I’m just asking for a little help with all this . . Anything will help big or small and is greatly appreciated and needed… really anything at all. UPDATE::!!!… It is very urgent that I raise enough GoFundMe money buy next week. Anything and everything helps. Im feeling a little embarrassed by asking but my kids and I will be without and I will not be able to pay all our bills and I’m behind on my rent already due to being out of work for the past 3 months prior to this accident and now I’m going to be out of work for another long road to recovery ❤️ If anyone has ideas on how to raise money please feel free to inbox me..
