Medical Assistance for Lynda Rogers
Donation protected
To our Parma Ridge Fans:
One of our beloved employees, Lynda Rogers, has been out due to a serious infection since August 12th. We are thrilled to report she is responding to the treatments from the University of Utah hospital, but still has a ways to go. Her determination (and stubbornness) will see that she gets better as soon as she can. She is currently bed ridden and can't wait to get back to seeing the Ridge Regulars and attending her daughter's senior year school events.
Why we are asking for help:
While Lynda has shown improvement fighting this infection, her ongoing treatment requires surgery, home health and many more follow-up visits to the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah Hospital. Her vision has been significantly impacted in her left eye and is on a 6-week Intravenous Antibiotic Therapy to mitigate the infection spreading to her other eye and brain. Once she is through fighting the infection, her medical team will do what they can to salvage her eyesight. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a good understanding on the level of longterm damage she has suffered.
We genuinely appreciate all contributions, donations, or good vibes sent our way.
