Medical and Travel Expenses for Ida Mae

I have debated on creating this fundraiser because I know how hard it is for everyone right now, but I decided to go ahead and do it. My mother, Ida Mae has had a very rough year health wise. She has had two strokes, 2 heart attacks and complications from a heart catheter surgery. The doctors had found a lesion on her brain, and just recently we were told this isa brain tumor. After having a PETScan, it shown this is a cancerous tumor.  She will have a craniotomy January 13th to get a tissue sample to see what stage of tumor it is.  Her surgeon has came to the conclusion this tumor can’t be removed without causing neurological deficits. So, 2 to 3 weeks after her Craniotomy she will be starting radiation and/ or chemotherapy.  

I have created this fundraiser to help with medical and travel expenses, as her surgery will take place 4 1/2 hours away from home at John Hopkins in Baltimore.  Her treatments after surgery will be closer to home, about 1  1/2 hr drive.  Any help is very much appreciated and if you can’t then please just say some strong prayers and send good vibes for my mother.  We believe strongly in the power of prayer!!
