Medical and Legal Assistance for Garrett

We need your help! 19 months ago Garrett walked into a local hospital for routine back surgery.  Almost a month later, he was sent to rehab.  While he was in the hospital, his femoral artery was cut, he bled out, and 19 units of blood later, they got him breathing again. However, they discovered that the artery was also cut from his kidney, it died, so was removed. When they were closing him up from removing the dead kidney, he lapsed into a coma and developed encephalitis.  When he woke up, he could not move his hand or feet.  The tests showed that he had had several strokes.  Garrett is now very limited in what he can do.  We also found out that Garrett's spinal cord was cut during all of this as well. 
     I want to make sure Garrett has all of the medical assistance he needs.  We are trying to raise the money needed for an expert medical witness in order to help us in pursuing a possible legal case.
