Medical and Funeral expenses for Logan Ortiz

My name is Nicole Constanzo, and it is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news that Logan Ortiz, my beloved 4-year-old “nephew”, lost his life in a tragic car accident on April 16th, exactly four months after the sudden loss of his father, my cousin, Philip Ortiz.

Jessica, Logan's mother, and his older brother Landon were also in the car at the time of the accident and have medical expenses as a result. We are raising funds to cover the costs of the funeral service for Logan and to help alleviate some of the financial burdens for the family during this difficult time.

The loss of both a child and spouse is unimaginable, and our hearts go out to Jessica, Logan's mother, Logan's 2 older brothers, and the entire family as they mourn the loss of their beloved child and brother.

Logan was such an amazing little boy, and his light shone brightly in so many of our lives. He was the absolute sweetest child, filled with so much love for everyone, tons of hugs he always shared and a laugh like no other. We are all overwhelmed with heartbreak.

Let's come together as a community to show our love and support for the Ortiz family during this incredibly painful time. All funds raised will go directly to the family to help them honor Logan and provide a sense of closure.

For transparency, all funds are being managed by the Dino DiMaso Jr, Jessica’s brother.  We have set up a trust for Jessica, and Phil’s two remaining sons that were directly impacted by the accident.  Please note that all funeral expenses are also being covered by this fundraiser.
