Medical and Aftercare expenses for Mark Clark

After over 30 years as a police officer my dad retired and has recently had a drastic decline in health. He lives alone and is no longer able to properly care for himself. I am asking for help to pay for his medical bills and long-term nursing care. He will either have to have a in-home nurse for the next several years or go to a nursing home.
