Chuck Calissie's Family Expenses

MedFlight is not just a critical-care transport organization,  we're a family.  And one of our own needs your help.  

MedFlight Mobile ICU team member Chuck Calissie is currently recovering from injuries received in an accident that occured while the team was responding to a patient's bedside to begin transport.  Chuck's care is currently in the experienced hands of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.  

Chuck's family is not from Columbus and would like to remain in the area so they can visit their loved one on a regular basis.  This is where you can help. 

This GoFundMe campaign will help cover the family's expenses while they visit the Columbus area to take care of Chuck.  Your donation will help cover:

-  Hotel costs for an extended stay
-  Travel costs to Columbus from out-of-state
-  Food costs
-  OSUMC parking fees
-  Chuck and the family's personal expenses (utilities, etc)

MedFlight’s Chief Financial Officer, John Lindaman, will be transferring all donations to a secure bank account. Our HR team is currently working with Chuck’s family so your generous donations can be used immediately.  

Our goal is for their sole concentration to be on Chuck's recovery and not on 'everyday' stressors.  MedFlight will also be donating to this campaign.  We are asking for your help as well as we support them in this journey to recovery.
