Hello Everyone,
My name is Sarah, I am 17 years old.
I have recently returned to Australia after spending 11 days in Medan, Indonesia. I stayed on a base with a small group of Christians that help, teach, and support schools, orphanages, hospitals, remote communities and much more.
Most of what they do, involves traveling. They have a small mini bus,( as seen in the photo above).
They have named this bus LAMBORHINI.
During my 11 days in Medan, Lamborhini broke down a few times. One time after we had packed 40 meals and were on our way to deliver them to an orphanage, Lamborhini broke down. The photo above is when this happened. Poor Lamborhini is in the final laps of his race but is not winning and needs to be put out to pasture and replaced with a new mini bus.
If I can have your SUPPORT, we can save up enough money to replace Lamborhini. They need this money before the end of February 2020, as they are traveling to a remote area in north Samatra. The roads are rough and Lamborhini is not capable anymore of making such a journey :(
This will mean soooo much for me because they are amazing people and have such a great attitude to life. They don't complain, they are always looking on the bright side to life even when things don't go to plan. They are always unselfishly reaching out to the community around them.
My heart goes out to them and I wish I had enough money to buy them a new mini bus but as a 17 year old I don't have the income. My family and I will be making a donation as well. I will be so grateful if you all could help me HELP my friends in Medan but I can't do this on my own.
