The 3rd Annual Meadow Holiday Street Party is fast approaching and this year will be merrier and brighter.
Last year everyone was so generous in contributing to helping cover a lot of the costs so we thought this year we would make it easier and much more transparent as to our expenses.
Our costs include:
Horse and Carriage $1,200
Cookies $Neighbors
Band PA System $300
Rentals $1000
Heated Tent for Food $1000
Snow Machine $275
Permit $70
Luminaria $150
Drinks $BYOB
Food $Potluck
Plates, cups, napkins, utensils $120
Flyers in Mailboxes $70
House Decorating Contest! FREE
Light Show $40
Port-a-potty $220
Tents $Neighbors
Heat Lamps $Neighbors
Cookie Decorations $75
Cookie Helpers $Neighbors
Smiles on all the kids $Priceless
Lots of the things we do are free or donated by our neighbors, including the band, potluck dinner, etc. And voluteers are more than welcome and very much appreciated.
Any amount you can donate helps us make sure that we have a safe and fun event and create great memories for all the kids. $20 per family is a recommended amount but every little bit helps us, so it's all appreciated.
