Memaw and Pepaw’s Home Rebuild

Memaw and Pepaw lost their home in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey due to the opening of Sam Rayburn Dam and Dam B.  They are retired and in their early 80s.  They did not have flood insurance because their home had survived multiple hurricanes and floods.  

Amoung other medical issues they both have, Memaw has recently been diagnosed with cancer.  Their expenses are overwhelming at this point in time.  Family has been hosting them and helping organize but truly, we don’t have enough to rebuild their home.  

Wanted to help my in-laws any way I could and thought I would start this page to, hopefully, get them some assistance.  They did get a little help from FEMA but not near enough to cover this great expense so late in life.
