Me Face! ...Medical costs

In 32 years of horse riding I’ve never had a bad fall (broken anything).... until last Thursday..... My horse was hyped up by other horses running around us in a group... (he’s usually quite calm and lazy!). He flipped out, bucked and I got launched..... on the way to the ground ~> his hoof smashed into my face.
My cheekbone has multiple fractures, and has collapsed back. I have a fracture in my zygomatic (eye socket) which could cause my eyeball to move and cause vision issues (I’m already partially blind in that eye from a traumatic accident as a kid). The nerves in my face are effected. The surgeons consider it essential I have reconstructive surgery ASAP (before the bones start to fuse).
I have insurance. I pay a high monthly premium. I’ve paid my deductible of almost 5k. The ambulance and hospital costs - I’m responsible for 40% even with insurance!....I’ve been offered a cash price of 5k for the surgeon (he says it’s usually about 10k per fracture, and I have 5!) but the hospital and aneastheologist are also a consideration. It’s hard to get exact figures.... I feel like I need a degree in medical billing!!
I take pride in taking care of myself and my 4 rescued family members.... I do take these responsibilities very seriously. If you know me well - you know I have a business and 4 other jobs. I work my arse (ass?) off, and have considerable debt accumulated already from vets, car repairs.... generally looking after the 5 of us!
I just can’t manage this level of sudden expense, and many friends mentioned they would like to help.
I’m so touched by that!
Thank you for listening and considering. I know there are many causes in the world needing support..... and I regret being in a situation to have to ask for it - for me.

(Ps. I don’t expect to reach anything like this amount (goal) ... but anything towards the estimated cost helps, and the rest I will have to find a way to fund on credit (i’m looking into a Care Credit card which I’m told are great for this kind of thing).
