Motorcycle Hit & Run Fund for Mark

I first want to"Thank" my family for getting them to show me how this GoFundMe works.

This is whats left of my motorcycle after an evidentally blind or drunk man pulled out in front of me, then left me for dead...
I recently moved back to Albuquerque a couple of months ago and was riding east on Montgomery on my motorcycle and just as I passed San Pedro there were 2 Mustang cars racing up the center and right lanes of Montgomery. Just as they had passed me I looked back behind the mustang that was in the center lane because I was going to fall in behind him, when I looked forward there was a 1989 Ford F-150 truck directly in front of me. I didn't even have time to hit the brakes so I decided to jump up off my bike and tucked my head under and my bike crashed into the trucks driver side rear. I wound up on the other side of the truck on my bottom and shoulder. By the grace of God I was still alive. I yelled for someone to get the truck information and looked down and saw my left shoulder had broken. I then tried to raise myself up with my right wrist and the bone came protruding through my skin. Just when that happened I believe to see a bright tunnel and something very, very soft pushed my face towards the ground and away from the light. When I  came to, I was being jostled into the ambulance. The truck had driven off and left the scene. I saw a glimpse of the driver of the truck and I beleived he was in his mid to late thirties and hispanic. While I was in the hospital going through now what has been five surgeries my family rallied together an through social media were able to track down the truck. It belonged to a shop close to San Pedro and Montgomery. The manager of the shop was confronted by the police and police confirmed the transfer of my bike paint on the trucks fender. The manager then claimed the truck had been stolen that night from his lot and their survellence cameras didnt show any onyone stealing the vehicle. The managersaid the vehicle was found a couple of blocks away but had no evidence of forciful entry and no damage to the key locks whatsoever. This is how I found their insurance wouldn't pay anything.
I had just secured a job two months prior to this with a great company (Costco) with wonderful health benefits but when this happened I still lacked 30 more of my ninety days to be insured. This is why I am asking for your help to raise money for my living expenses and medical bills. I am currently recovering from my fiftth surgery and will have to continue in ehab to learn to walk again. Please help, any amount will be much appreciated!
