After more than 30 years, McNally Smith College of Music is shutting down due to a lack of funds.
Faculty, staff and student workers are being asked to 'finish the term and issue grades as usual' to ensure that students scheduled to graduate are able to. Those that do so will be doing it without guarantee of pay.
Let's gather together to support the team that supports us. They've taught us what our craft is worth, let's not ask them to finish the term for free and try to provide some financial help while our valuable teachers search for new placement.
