McKinney Family Home Fire Survivors
Donation protected
On December 5, 2019 the McKinney family lost all their belongings due to a fire in their home (probably started from a mini fan which caught fire.) Thankfully the family is OK, but the loss of their material possessions is tremendous.
To make matters doubly worse they have just finished restoring their home and belongings from a house fire (started from a dehumidifier in the basement) in November 2018. It is hard to imagine what they are going through. With Christmas just weeks away, we want to encourage them as they begin this long process of home restoration for the second time.
While they have good home insurance, there are definitely things that cannot be covered by insurance. Personal time investment is huge. Expenses were high in rebuilding from the first fire. Let’s come alongside this family and bless them.
