Fundraiser for Marcus´s Family

It is with heavy heart and complete disbelief that we announce the death of Marcus McGowan (43).

Marcus was diagnosed with a rare colon cancer type in October 2020. He passed away on June 22th 2021 after fighting a very tough battle over the last 8 months. He underwent three surgeries and three rounds of very strong chemotherapy.

Marcus leaves behind his loving wife Emma, and their two beautiful children Rubi 6 and Wilson 4, who were his world.

With all the emotional pain and stress that a loss like this brings, it also is accompanied by financial burden especially as the family was completely dependent on Marcus´s income. We are hoping via this fundraiser to raise money for Emma and her children to help with any costs that they will incur and to help wherever needed. The next few months will be emotionally and financially very difficult and the expenses associated with Marcus´s memorial and a daily life with small children are accumulating fast.
